Terms and Conditions of Limitless Health

USER AGREEMENT This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions relating to the online content provided free of charge and content subject to payment (“Free and Paid-for Content”) that [Limitless Health] (“the Siteowner”) will provide to you (“the User”).

By accessing www.[limitlesshealth.com] (“the Site”), the User agrees to these terms and conditions. If the User uses the Site in a business capacity, these terms and conditions are agreed to on behalf of that business. If the User does not agree with these terms and conditions (or is not authorised to do so), the User should not use the Site.

For queries, contact the Siteowner at [email address].

Services and Fees The Siteowner provides Free and Paid-for Content, including a subscription service for better offers on medications. The Siteowner reserves the right to modify the Free and Paid-for Content and does not guarantee that Free

charge or that Paid-for Content will continue to be a paid service.

Users agree to pay any subscription fees ("Fees") at rates in effect when charges are incurred. Users must provide complete and accurate payment information and can pay using credit/debit cards or by setting up a direct debit. By submitting payment details, Users warrant their entitlement to purchase Paid-for Content using those details. In the event of unauthorized payment, the Siteowner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access. If no payment authorization is received or is subsequently cancelled, access may be terminated or suspended. The Siteowner aims to process requests for Paid-for Content promptly but does not guarantee availability by any specified time. A contract for Paid-for Content comes into effect when Username and Password are issued. Users having paid the Fee for a subscription will not have a right of cancellation other than the right to cancel the subscription for Paid-for Content. This does not affect the User's statutory rights under Irish law.

Registration, Passwords, and Privacy Use of the Site signifies consent to the Siteowner collecting and using personal information according to the Siteowner's Privacy Policy, available at [link]. Registration is not required for Free Content. For Paid-for Content, accurate, complete registration information, including contact details, is required. The User is responsible for maintaining this information. The User will also create a Password, which should remain confidential. If the Password is compromised, the User must notify the Siteowner immediately at [email address]. The Siteowner may require a Password change or suspend access if misuse is suspected.

Limitations on Use of the Site All content and services belong to the Siteowner [or its licensors]. The content and services are for personal use only and should not be sublicensed, sold, modified, or otherwise altered. Intellectual property rights infringement by the User is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity Use of the Site is at the User's own risk. Neither the Siteowner nor any party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. The Siteowner is not responsible for any decisions made based on information from the Site. The User agrees to indemnify the Siteowner from any claims or legal proceedings arising from use of the Site.

Consequences of Breach of Terms The Siteowner reserves the right to warn, discontinue membership, or take measures to prevent the User from using the Site in case of a breach of terms.

Proper Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding its subject matter. The User confirms that no representation not included in this Agreement has influenced their decision to agree.
